The photograph is taken face-on so it appears as if it was a mirror where all people are looking directly at the mirror and not up or down. The camera is at eye-level and everybody is side by side. Ensure there are only 4 people and each person is stood side by side and that there is a lot of space between them so that they are not touching. Make each person a different ethnicity and ensure that each person looks different, especially the women. Give one person reading glasses and only one person earrings. Make the style simple - no frame.
